Ultra-high pressure wet-type microparticle processing device "NanoVeta" *Case studies available for viewing.

Achieving uniform dispersion of carbon nanotubes and cellulose nanofibers, which are difficult to disperse, without damaging the particles through strong shear force.

We manufacture and sell the wet-type micronization device "NanoVate," which is useful for the development of high-performance composite materials. By processing with high shear force obtained at a maximum pressure of 200 MPa, our "damage-free dispersion treatment" minimizes damage to particles, allowing for the disaggregation of agglomerates without breaking the particle size, resulting in a uniform dispersion. It can also be utilized in the development of conductive materials, achieving lightweight and high strength through the combination of carbon nanotubes and cellulose nanofibers, as well as improving transparency. ★ You can view product catalogs and documents introducing examples of composite material processing from the "PDF Download" section. 【Product Features】 ■ Uniform dispersion without damaging particles due to strong shear force ■ Air-driven experimental device fully compliant with explosion-proof standards, model: NV L-AS ■ Capable of emulsification, dispersion, and crushing operations with a single unit ■ Media-less type with low risk of metal contamination ■ Applicable in the development of semiconductors, batteries, aerospace, and medical fields.

[Technical Data] CNT Dispersion Case Study Using Nanovate

Examples of CNT dispersion and changes in viscosity and resistance values using NanoVate are presented.

This document explains the dispersion of CNTs using the ultra-high pressure wet-type micronization device "NanoVator" with the help of graphs. When using this product for CNT dispersion processing, a phenomenon is observed where the viscosity initially increases and then decreases. Long, thin CNTs become swollen during the process of bundle dispersion, leading to an increase in viscosity, and as the bundles disperse, the viscosity decreases. Viscosity changes can be considered as one indicator for confirming the dispersion state. [Contents] ■ Dispersion of CNTs and viscosity changes ■ CNT dispersion and resistance value changes using NanoVator *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Technical Data: Functional Material Dispersion by Nanovate

High functionality and transparency technology for films! An explanation of functional material dispersion using Nanovate.

This document contains information about the dispersion of functional materials using the ultra-high pressure wet-type micronization device "NanoVator." There are various materials related to films, such as fillers, conductive materials, and insulating materials. However, as high-performance films increasingly utilize high-performance materials, it becomes important to leverage the characteristics (performance) of these materials. [Contents] - Dispersion of hydrophobic silica - Adjustment of 55% natural graphite water-based paste - CNT dispersion and changes in resistance - Characteristics of NanoVator dispersion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Are you struggling with nozzle clogging? We will solve it with shear force from fluid friction!!

A must-see for researchers aiming for the uniformity and stabilization of insoluble substances and coarse particles! Anyone can easily prototype nanoparticles! *Demo machines available for loan and free testing currently in progress.

For researchers and developers involved in nanotechnology, the uniformity and stabilization of insoluble substances and particles is one of the challenges. When reduced to the molecular level, the properties of substances change. This change in properties holds the potential to achieve what was once called "an extremely difficult task." In the near future, technologies that were once part of science fiction, such as AI, blockchain, IoT, cloud computing, 5G, autonomous driving, and 3D printing, are becoming a reality. Innovation is accelerating in all fields, including electronic components, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, new materials, and chemical products. At the same time, there is growing attention on achieving a "sustainable" society, including clean energy and carbon neutrality. Behind this innovation lies the wisdom passed down from predecessors and the tireless efforts of researchers and developers currently striving for progress. The Systemizer Mini plays the role of an assistant for researchers and developers in their immense trial and error process. *For more details, please refer to the catalog.*

Proposal for a New Technology for Battery Material Dispersion: Wet Micronization Device NanoVator

Introducing a wet media-free micronization experimental machine that performs three functions: emulsification, dispersion, and crushing, all in one unit!

The "NanoVita" is a tabletop experimental device that performs three functions—emulsification, dispersion, and crushing—enabling the fine-tuning and homogenization of battery materials. As a media-less device, it minimizes contamination risks and allows for clean particle control. 【Features】 ■ Performs three functions (emulsification, dispersion, crushing) with one device ■ Tabletop experimental device ■ Explosion-proof version available with air drive

Ultra-high pressure wet-type micronization device "NanoVeta" CNT dispersion *Comparison images currently available

We propose "Damatri System" and "NanoVator" for the uniform dispersion and mixing of carbon nanotubes. Comparison images with propeller stirring are currently available.

Our company manufactures and sells a wet-type micro-pulverization device called "NanoVita," which enables uniform dispersion and mixing of single-layer carbon nanotubes in resin. By processing with high shear force obtained at a maximum pressure of 200 MPa, our "damage-free dispersion treatment" minimizes damage to particles, allowing for the disaggregation of clusters without changing particle size, thus achieving uniform dispersion and mixing. This enables the enhancement of conductivity and thermal conductivity in resin materials, as well as improved heat resistance. ★ You can view product catalogs and materials comparing dispersion quality with propeller stirring treatment and damatari treatment by downloading the PDF. 【Product Features】 ■ Uniform dispersion without damaging particles due to powerful shear force ■ Fully explosion-proof air-type experimental machine, model: NV L-AS ■ Capable of emulsification, dispersion, and crushing tasks with a single unit ■ Media-less type with low risk of metal contamination ■ Development for films, mechanical parts, and medical fields, etc.
